Why Worksection was chosen:

Since the company’s lawyers had not previously used a specific system for organizing and managing projects and often worked outside of the office environment, frequently moving between court sessions, the system needed to be intuitive and not overloaded with features.

Key Challenge: Integrating CRM with Worksection to minimize human error in transferring project start data to the legal department.

    • Each client had specific legal service requests, requiring project initiation to reach the appropriate department.
    • Contact details and other critical information had to be transferred to ensure smooth operations.
    • While a custom integration might have been a solution, this approach would have created future dependency on developers for any changes.

Solution: Through ApixDrive, filters and rules were configured to assign specific deals to the relevant teams in Worksection. The integration was completed within two hours.
